I'm Jatin Durgapal — a senior technology and transformation leader with 30 years of experience delivering large-scale programmes across some of the UK's most complex and regulated environments.

My career has taken me across automotive, financial services, public sector, retail, media, and engineering — working with organisations including Jaguar Land Rover, HMRC, Transport for London, Barclaycard, and Waitrose. I specialise in the kind of work that sits at the intersection of strategy, governance, technology, and people: where getting it right really matters.

Outside of the professional world, I'm driven by curiosity. I travel when I can, ride motorcycles, and find that the best ideas often come from experiences far outside a boardroom. That same restlessness is what led me to start writing here.
